Work on Events the World Talks About

At Arena, we turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our teams design, build, and deliver world-class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour — and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world.

With projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you'll gain hands-on experience, collaborate with industry experts, and see the direct impact of your work in real time. If you're looking for fast-paced work, real responsibility, and the pride of knowing your efforts help power major global events, Arena is where it all comes together.

🚧 Now Hiring: Warehouse Operations Associates — Multiple Openings

We're building out our Oak Creek warehouse team and have openings across four hands-on roles. Whether you're at the dock, in the yard, or on the processing floor, every position plays a direct part in making world-class events happen on time and on standard. If you show up ready to work, take pride in what you do, and want to be part of something bigger, there's a place for you here.

🔧 Dock Associate

Behind every world-class event is a fast, reliable operation — and it starts at the dock. As a Dock Associate, your work ensures the right materials are in the right place at the right time, helping our teams deliver unforgettable experiences without missing a beat.

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Prepare and stage outgoing shipments based on job requirements and pick tickets
  • Ensure shipments are properly labeled, documented, and ready to move
  • Create and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Accurately enter and track shipment data in company systems
  • Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the appropriate teams
  • Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections and maintain logs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dock area

🧼 Vinyl Cleaning Associate

Every Arena event starts with materials that look sharp, perform reliably, and are ready for action. As a Vinyl Cleaning Associate, you ensure our tent vinyl meets high quality and appearance standards — helping our teams deliver event spaces that look as impressive as the moments they host.

  • Move vinyl materials from receiving areas to cleaning and processing areas
  • Clean tent vinyl using company-approved equipment and methods
  • Remove dirt, debris, and stains to meet quality and appearance standards
  • Hang, lay out, or stage vinyl pieces to ensure proper drying
  • Inspect vinyl after cleaning for cleanliness, damage, or wear
  • Fold, roll, and prepare vinyl according to company guidelines for storage or reuse
  • Package cleaned vinyl so it's ready for future events
  • Report damaged, worn, or unusable vinyl to the Vinyl Manager
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

🏗️ Yard Handling Associate

A well-run yard is the backbone of efficient operations. As a Yard Handling Associate, your work ensures materials are organized, accessible, and moving safely — supporting teams across the warehouse and helping Arena projects stay on track every day.

  • Safely load and unload trucks
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for delivery or pickup
  • Verify materials using pick tickets and shipping documents
  • Organize and store materials in designated yard locations
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and yard vehicles safely
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
  • Keep yard areas clean, organized, and safe; maintain clear drive lanes
  • Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or lawn care

📦 Cleaning & Processing Associate

As a Cleaning & Processing Associate, you'll help ensure materials are received accurately, cleaned to quality standards, and organized so they're ready when our teams need them. If you enjoy staying active, taking pride in organization and quality, and being part of a collaborative team, this role offers a visible impact every day.

  • Receive incoming materials and confirm accuracy by reviewing packing slips and system records
  • Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects, and report any issues promptly
  • Clean products using both machine washing and hand-washing processes
  • Package materials carefully to protect them during storage and future production use
  • Label products accurately and place them in designated bin locations within the warehouse system
  • Support inventory accuracy by assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and properly care for tools and equipment

🧠 What You Bring to the Build

You don't need to know everything on day one — but you do need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. These core qualities apply across all four roles.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, dock, yard, or materials-handling environment (helpful but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Basic communication skills; forklift certification a plus (required for some roles)

💪 Physical Requirements

All roles are physically active and performed in a warehouse or outdoor environment. You should be able to:

  • Stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Walk, bend, reach, and move materials regularly during the workday
  • Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds (with assistance as needed)
  • Perform repetitive tasks and manual handling activities
  • Work safely around cleaning equipment, chemicals, and varying outdoor conditions

Extra Tools in Your Toolbox

While not required, the following experience can help you hit the ground running and grow faster in the role:

  • Prior forklift experience or certification
  • Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation (Dock)
  • Experience working in a high-volume dock or distribution environment (Dock)
  • Experience with cleaning processes, equipment, or large/bulky materials (Vinyl Cleaning)
  • Experience working outdoors or in changing weather conditions (Yard)
  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes or storage systems (Cleaning & Processing)
