Our Talent and Human Resources (THR) team is dedicated to fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and innovation—where your ideas and contributions matter.
As a THR Summer Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and help shape the employee experience at a mission-driven foundation. You’ll be part of a team that values authenticity, mutual accountability, and ongoing development, all while advancing Kresge’s vision to promote human progress.
The Internship runs from June 9th to August 21st, 2026.

What we offer our Interns
This position is located at the Troy, MI office and has a hybrid schedule. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office days. Therefore, the Foundation highly encourages applications from local metro-Detroit university students and students who will be local to the metro-Detroit area over the summer.
