As a Staff Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients navigate their treatment journey, directly contributing to Walmart’s mission of accessible, high-quality healthcare.

What you'll do...

  • Educate and train patients on new injectable therapies and medication use
  • Provide telephonic and video case management to support medication compliance
  • Assess patient administration techniques and address medication concerns
  • Coordinate medication shipments and facilitate timely delivery
  • Maintain multi-state nursing licensure and complete required CEUs
What You’ll Bring
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
  • At least 1 year of nursing or related experience
  • Experience with patient education and case management
  • Strong knowledge of specialty medications and infusion techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The hourly wage range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
