Working at Doglando as a Play Professor or Dog Handler involves engaging directly with dogs in a physically active, outdoor environment. Team members are responsible for tasks such as interacting and running with dogs in large open yards, cleaning and maintaining play areas, bathing dogs, and ensuring their overall safety and enrichment throughout the day. The job is hands-on and physically demanding—you’ll be on your feet, getting sweaty, dirty, and wet while actively engaging with the dogs. While previous experience with dogs isn't required, a strong sense of initiative, accountability, and teamwork is essential. The role is ideal for individuals who love animals, enjoy working outdoors, and can commit to a structured and energetic daily routine. Doglando is open only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, including during holiday weeks, so team members are expected to be available on those specific days.
