As a Project Manager at Objectways.inen, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that will make a real impact in the financial market. You will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, from gathering requirements to delivering the final product, while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple software development projects concurrently, from conception to implementation, while ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.
- Gather project requirements and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Assign project tasks to team members and monitor their progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that all project requirements are clearly understood and that project tasks are delivered according to specifications and within the given time frame.
- Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes, and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct project status meetings and produce regular reports to update stakeholders on project progress.
- Ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality and meet the company's standards.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software development projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing project budgets and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
