Pool Bartender

About the Role:

As a Pool Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests by providing exceptional beverage service in a poolside environment. Your primary focus will be to prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area. You will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Minimum Qualifications:

• Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or poolside setting.
• Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in an outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste properly.
• Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with pool and hospitality staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns promptly.
