As a Parts Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for getting the right parts into the right hands — fast. From supporting walk-in customers to managing inventory and keeping the warehouse running smoothly, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients stay up and running.
Your day-to-day will include:
Welcoming walk-in and phone-in customers and helping them with parts inquiries
Researching and fulfilling parts orders, estimates, and special requests
Placing daily orders with multiple equipment parts vendors
Pulling, packing, and shipping customer parts accurately and efficiently
Communicating proactively about upcoming parts promotions and customer needs
Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
Handling payments and following proper cash account procedures
Making outbound calls and sending emails to follow up on leads and orders
Assisting in weekly inventory counts and ensuring data is accurately entered in the system
Loading, unloading, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items
Inspecting all incoming and outgoing items for damage or discrepancies
Keeping the parts counter and warehouse organized and clean

You’ll need:
Strong computer skills for inventory entry and order management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, crouching, reaching)
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A team-player attitude with the drive to go the extra mile
Enjoys and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in parts, warehousing, or heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
