Job Summary:

The Parts Runner at Bomnin Automotive plays a crucial role in supporting the parts department by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts and accessories to various departments within the dealership. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficient Parts Delivery:
   • Safely and promptly deliver parts and accessories to designated areas within the dealership.
   • Verify the accuracy of parts and quantities before delivery to ensure correct orders.
2. Inventory Management:
   • Assist in maintaining organized and efficient parts storage areas.
   • Notify the Parts Manager of low stock levels and assist in restocking shelves.
3. Document Handling:
   • Maintain accurate records of parts deliveries, including signatures and timestamps.
   • Complete any required paperwork related to parts transactions.
4. Customer Service:
   • Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with dealership staff.
   • Address inquiries and requests related to parts deliveries promptly and courteously.
5. Vehicle Maintenance:
   • Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of the delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues.
6. Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
   • Follow dealership policies and procedures related to parts delivery and handling.
