GEICO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Regulatory & Compliance Integration within the Claims Process Team. This role is responsible for the intake, interpretation, and translation of regulatory changes into operational execution across Claims. The position ensures regulatory requirements are implemented consistently, accurately, and in advance of required effective dates across all jurisdictions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead centralized regulatory change intake and prioritization across Claims Operations

  • Work with Compliance to translate regulatory updates into operational requirements and execution plans

  • Conduct cross-vertical impact assessments to determine business implications

  • Oversee coordination of:

    • SOP updates

    • Knowledge Hive updates

    • Training and communication rollout

  • Ensure compliance execution for Claims Operations is completed prior to regulatory effective dates

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity

  • Develop scalable processes for regulatory intake through implementation lifecycle management

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, or Claims related field

  • Strong ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into operational processes

  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, claims, or highly regulated industries

  • Familiarity with multi-state regulatory environments

  • Experience leading large-scale implementation or compliance programs

Annual Salary

$101,475.00 - $181,425.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
