The PACE Center Manager is responsible for all staff and functions of Hope PACE. This individual must have the ability to analyze situations, problem solve and facilitate communications within the team and between other departments at Hope Health Care Services, patients, families, caregivers and external customers. Also serves as a liaison between individual program disciplines, other PACE departments and community service providers.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid Florida Drivers' License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- If RN, must possess a current Florida license to practice nursing.
Management of Hope Connections program – including all locations and staff.
Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross; Current employees must obtain by January 1, 2025.
One year supervisory experience preferred.
One year elder care work experience desired.
Certification of completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
Compensation Pay Range:
$73,915.89 - $110,874.35
