Maintenance Engineer - Flexible Shift (PM)

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Pay:

Location: Kissimmee, FL

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and general repairs to ensure efficiency of the department
• Ability to keep open and effective communication with fellow coworkers, other departments, and leadership
• Ensure all equipment is in safe and operable order before use
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
• Provide exceptional customer service while responding to guest room calls
• Keep accurate records on assigned tasks and keep inventory-up-to-date at all times
• Completing any other task/duties assigned

• Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
• Engineering and/or maintenance experience of at least 2 years is required. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing is a plus.  
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to bend, climb, and stoop repetitively
