As a lead customer strategist within our Commercial Lines (CL) Acquisition team, you will drive top‑of‑funnel growth by partnering with insurance agents, third‑party vendors, and internal technical teams to create a leading brand presence on external quoting platforms. This role focuses on enhancing and managing integrations with third‑party quoting platforms. You will assess and diagnose user‑experiences, identifying friction that impacts funnel growth, and work with a technical team to implement solutions that measurably improve outcomes. You will also lead the vendor relationship lifecycle, partnering with sourcing, security, and legal to support contract execution, providing feedback, and coordinating solution changes.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.
Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).
Preferred skills
- Ability to interpret how user experience, data, and technology connect to broader business outcomes.
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems and use quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions.
- Thrives in team environments, bringing diverse perspectives together to create mutually agreed-upon solutions.
- Experience partnering with vendors to define requirements, manage integrations, oversee contracts, and/or drive accountability through delivery.
- Comfortable working in a highly technical environment.
- Experience with P&C insurance, including commercial lines.
Compensation
- $98,400 - $131,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
