This is an on-site position located in Carol Stream, IL.

What You Will Work On

· Support the launch of Antunes’ Global Listening Strategy

· Design, build, and implement surveys, regular feedback tools and reporting functionality in Paycom

· Upgrade idea management approach and tools

· Partner with HR and business stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and present solutions

· Recommend improvements to enhance employee experience

 

What Success Looks Like

· Feedback tools fully launched with analytics in Paycom

· Pulse checks, Q&A program built, deployed, and analyzed

· Functional idea submission and review process

· Clear communication tools supporting the listening strategy deployed

Essential Role Responsibilities:

· Helps prepare any HR related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents

· Develops experience by working on a wide variety of HR projects

· Works side-by-side with experienced HR team

· Organizes and attends company meetings and events

· Updates any internal databases as needed

· Assists with recruiting efforts including, interviews and orientation



Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience working in an office environment.

· Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws is a plus.

· Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

 

Essential Education & Experience:
· Studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
· High school interns will be considered based on relevant skills and interests.
