About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Relief Manager to support daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction within a hotel environment. This role works closely with the Executive Housekeeper and leadership team to manage staff, schedules, quality control, and departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in leading, training, and supervising housekeeping staff and site supervisors
Support employee scheduling, guidance, and performance management
Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
Ensure housekeeping staff follows safety standards and emergency procedures
Coordinate communication via phone and radio with staff and management
Support inventory control to ensure adequate supplies and materials
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and staff recognition initiatives
Attend required safety and operational training meetings
Provide support to Client Relations and hotel partners as needed
Maintain flexibility to meet business demands
Qualifications
Prior housekeeping or hotel operations experience required
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and enforce company standards
Minimum 3 years of housekeeping Supervisor or hotel operations experience
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time position
On-site Resort environment
Schedule may include weekends and holidays
