Host/Hostess

Position: Part Time/Seasonal Host/Hostess - Dinner Service

We're looking for a fun, bubbly, and enthusiastic candidate who's excited to enjoy hospitality at the most iconic Spanish-inspired restaurant on Espanola Way. If you have experience with Toast, Open Table, Resy, SevenRooms and other booking management portals is a plus. 

Some of the essential Functions are, but not limited to:

• Greet, direct, seat, and tend to food and beverage guests, including watering, passing out menus, replenishing coffee, replacing silverware, and other service needs based on Tropezon service standards. 
• Impart to the customer warmth and graciousness, much as you would give a guest in your own home.
• Manage all reservations through the booking system. Efficiently manage seating times and rotations to maximize table turns and prove service staff with fair, consistent workflow.

Requirements:

• Weekend availability, Thursday - Saturday / Dinner Service
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (able to provide proof of eligibility such as, but not limited to, a Work Permit, Green Card, U.S. Passport, or SSN)
• Reliable transportation to Miami Beach area.
