Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen in Miami, FL is looking for one food runner to join our 105 person strong team. We are located on 316 Nw 24th St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. As a Food Runner, you’re the vital link between our kitchen and our guests. You’ll ensure that every dish is delivered promptly, accurately, and with a smile — helping us create unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and efficiently
- Ensure presentation and accuracy of each dish before delivery
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff
- Assist with table clearing and resetting as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Support the team with side work and closing duties
- Works efficiently with an Expo or without one
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior experience a plus
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
