POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking polished and highly skilled Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage and guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role requires expert knowledge, precision, and a strong sense of hospitality to guide guests through the bar experience while executing a world-class cocktail and beverage program. Bartenders play a key role in maintaining the flow of service, ensuring consistency, and upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

YOUR ROLE

Greet guests at the bar, guide them through the menu, and provide an elevated and engaging service experience
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
Maintain complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy restrictions
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the cocktail program, spirits, wine pairings, and beverage offerings
Execute proper wine service, including decanting and appropriate glassware usage
Ensure bar stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked with all necessary supplies and ingredients
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and support ordering and requisition processes
Accurately operate POS systems, handle transactions, and complete end-of-shift cash reconciliations
Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records of bar products and supplies
Communicate any out-of-stock items promptly to management
Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
Control alcohol service responsibly in accordance with regulations and company standards
Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, professional, and courteous service in a high-volume environment
Maintain strong communication and teamwork with bar staff, servers, and management
Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of service and operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times
Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the duration of the shift

REQUIREMENTS

3–4 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or recognized cocktail bar/lounge preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Food handling certification in compliance with state regulations preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
