Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support Operational Excellence & Development initiatives by analyzing historical data and identifying performance improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze year-over-year performance metrics
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across operations
• Develop targets and benchmarks for site performance
• Support data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Experience with Excel or data visualization tools preferred
