Location: Tampa, Florida (Multi-Site / On-Site)
Organization: Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC)
At Tampa Family Health Centers, healthcare is more than a service — it’s our mission. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide high-quality, compassionate, and accessible care to a culturally diverse and underserved community across Hillsborough County.
Joining TFHC means becoming part of a mission-driven, nonprofit organization where clinical leaders are supported, empowered, and given the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patients and care teams.
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in providing clinical leadership, operational oversight, and staff development across multiple health center sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring nursing and clinical support teams deliver patient-centered, compliant, and high-quality care in alignment with TFHC policies, HRSA requirements, and accreditation standards.
The ADON works closely with nursing leadership, medical providers, and operational teams to support integrated primary care, behavioral health, and preventive services while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
