Responsibilities

What you can expect in this role  

 

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

 

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

 

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

 

Internship responsibilities may include:

  • The Business Analyst Intern supports the Business Operations team within a large Technology development organization and in-house Agency. This team is responsible for managing financial forecasts, developing and maintaining tools and processes that improve executive reporting and operational efficiency, and driving organization-wide communication and alignment. In this role, the intern will contribute to business operations initiatives by assisting with project management, enhancing internal tools, and supporting financial modeling and data analysis. The position plays an important part in improving team forecasting, streamlining processes, and enabling informed business decisions.
  • Entry level Financial Modeling, Dashboard and Web App development with AI coding tools, Process Improvement, Communication, Project Management

 

Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
