- Use CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) practices to foster meaningful interactions.
- Plan and lead activities that promote academic and social-emotional growth.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment with structured daily routines.
- Partner with families and mentor junior team members to support every child’s journey.
What You Bring
- CDA Credential (required).
- Florida Staff Credential (required).
- VPK Credentials (required).
- 2-3 years of classroom teaching experience.
- Passion, leadership, and a collaborative spirit.
