VP, Enterprise Technology and Delivery

The Vice President, Enterprise Technology and Delivery reports to the Chief Information Officer and provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise technology delivery, application development, project management, data and analytics, GIS, automation, Microsoft 365 development, user experience, and related digital services. 

This role translates business priorities into technology solutions that improve operational performance, service delivery, customer experience, and enterprise decision-making. The Vice President leads teams, strengthens delivery discipline, modernizes applications, improves data capabilities, oversees technology projects, and ensures solutions are secure, scalable, well-governed, and aligned with organizational priorities. 

The position requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution, build strong partnerships across the organization, and create a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
