Position Overview

Resource Teachers play a key role in supporting classrooms throughout the school. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting lead and assistant teachers with daily routines

  • Providing classroom coverage as needed

  • Supporting children’s emotional, social, and academic development

  • Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Ideal Candidates

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Enthusiastic about working with young children

  • Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

  • Eager to learn and grow within a leading early childhood environment

  • Positive, patient, and dedicated to supporting children’s development

Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed!
