We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will support the kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, station setup and maintenance, ingredient stocking, cleaning, ensuring quality standards are met, and working as a team.
You will work under the supervision of senior chefs while helping maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure quality and consistency
Follow recipes and kitchen procedures while maintaining high food safety standards
Support kitchen staff and senior chefs in executing menu items efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
Monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen team when supplies need restocking
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen role, preferably as a Line Cook or similar position
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food handler's certification (preferred or required based on location)
