As an HR Intern, you will assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.Help with the scheduling and coordination of interviews.Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings.Employee Onboarding:Support the onboarding process by preparing materials for new hires.Assist in organizing orientation sessions and introducing new employees to company policies and culture.HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records.Assist in tracking attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.Training and Development:Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions.Assist in compiling feedback from training programs and preparing reports.General HR Support:Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.Assist with special HR projects as needed.Help prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.Qualifications:Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Proactive with a willingness to learn.Possesses strong analytic and statistic skillsHas the ability to work independentlyFlexible and ReliableOrganization skills
