Security Officer – Class A High-Rise Office Building. We are seeking experienced security professionals to join our team at a Class A high-rise corporate office building. This role is designed for officers who can operate in a hybrid capacity, combining hospitality-level service with strong operational security skills. This building expects a higher standard.
Pay Rate: $22/per hour
Location: Miami Beach, FL
Full-Time: Wednesday- Sunday (10pm-6am)

- Valid Florida Security License D License
- 3- 5 Years Security Experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish is required.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21+ years of age

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle

High-rise office buildings in Corporate environment
- Residential luxury properties
- Security operations requiring both service and enforcement
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
- Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
