The Food and Beverage supervisor assists with managing the food and beverage operations to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day to day operation of F&B outlets
• Assists with inventory and labor management
• Ensures all company and local sanitation standards are met
• Assists with basic accounting functions
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• 6 months as a Food and Beverage Supervisor/manager or 2 years restaurant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• ServSafe manager certification
• Responsible alcohol service certification
