Food & Beverage Supervisor

The F&B Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations by supervising and engaging kitchen and service team members, coordinating training and workflow, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and timely. This role also supports line operations, maintains cash-handling standards, and helps deliver a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Supervise, motivate, and engage team members, including training, scheduling, and directing both kitchen and service staff
• Ensure timely and accurate placement of food orders
• Enforce proper cash handling procedures and compliance with all related policies
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure exceptional guest service
• Manage inventory
