As a Host, you will:

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Create a positive first impression by welcoming guests promptly

• Manage guest flow and seating to ensure an exceptional dining experience

• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set at all times

• Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and service team

• Assist servers and team members as needed to support smooth operations

• Monitor wait times and communicate updates to guests accurately

• Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Handle guest questions or concerns with courtesy and care

• Contribute to a team-oriented, high-energy work environment

Qualifications

• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of hosting experience
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License.
• Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
