• Develop programmatic logic using SQL, R and/or Python
• Apply algorithms to data to deliver business insight
• Develop reports and dashboards in Tableau
• Document requirements and development logic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong design and visualization skills
• Suggests solutions to complex sales/customer opportunities and internal processes, as well as overseeing cross-departmental projects as needed
• Applies principles and standards as it related to data quality
• Ability to work on projects alone from identifying to delivering a solution
• Ability to translate non-technical details/needs to technical requirements and vice versa
