Our 2026 summer internship program begins on Monday, June 1st and ends on Friday, August 7th. Intern positions are paid hourly with a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week) for the entirety of the program.   Internship Program Eligibility Requirements: Must be enrolled in an accredited institution Must hold a Junior standing or higher (May 2026 grads are welcome) Must possess a minimum 3.0 GPA Must be able to commit 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday Must be able to work onsite in the posted location of the role   Internship Department: Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)   Onsite Work Location: League City, Texas I Glenmont, New York I Springfield, Missouri I No relocation assistance offered.   Team Description:Join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team this summer to work alongside the Network Security and Vulnerability Teams. In this internship, you will enhance your skills and contribute to our mission of safeguarding digital assets. The unique opportunity will expose you to multiple disciplines and technologies that the enterprise currently utilizes.    What We’re Looking For: General understanding of Information Technology and its relation to cyber security Strong technical skills and a passion for cyber security Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access, Word) is a must Excellent oral and written communication skills Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter Strong organization skills & attention to detail with high-level accuracy Must be able to meet deadlines and balance changing priorities   What You Can Expect to Do in the Role: Assist with the monitoring existing third-party engagements Assist with the Business Impact Assessment process Assist with company-wide risk assessments of our security program Assist with the “care and feeding” of our enterprise security risk registry Perform risk assessments on simple third-party engagements Perform scheduled reviews of high-risk engagements Perform risk assessments of internal applications Provide training on Business Continuity documentation processes Gather information to aid with project-level risk assessments Review and test knowledge articles and guidelines for accuracy Facilitate user access reviews Collaborate with team members to tackle lower-level tasks that are deferred due to operational tempo   Skills You Can Expect to Improve and/or Develop: Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance Familiarity with security operations Participate in weekly meetings for knowledge and soft skill development Communication Teamwork Time Management Problem-Solving Industry Knowledge Project Management Data Analysis and Reporting Networking   Tools & Software: Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Microsoft SharePoint SailPoint Service Now Visio
