  • Based in <\/span>Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas Marina)<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Operating area primarily <\/span>the Bahamas<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Owners: <\/span>Couple in their 70s<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • One -month trip planned with just the owners, occasionally joined by <\/span>two friends for short stays (1–2 nights)<\/b>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Crew & Role<\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Crew of <\/span>three<\/b>: Captain, Mate, and Chef/Stew
      <\/li>
    • Role breakdown: approximately <\/span>80% Chef / 20% Stew<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Chef/Stew will maintain the interior as needed
      <\/li>
    • Crew works collaboratively and assists each other as required
      <\/li>
    • Candidate will have <\/span>own cabin<\/b>, shared bathroom with the Mate
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Owners’ Preferences<\/b>

      • Owners travel with <\/span>two well -trained dogs<\/b> <\/span>(candidate must not be allergic)
        <\/li>
      • Owners rarely eat breakfast; main meals are <\/span>lunch and dinner<\/b>

        Compensation & Contract<\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Temporary Chef/Stew salary: <\/span>$6,500/month<\/b>
          <\/li>
        • For a permanent role, owners are <\/span>flexible on salary for a strong candidate<\/b>
          <\/li>
        • Health insurance provided (candidate sources own plan; <\/span>owner covers the cost<\/b>)
          <\/li>
        • Contract provided<\/b>
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Requirements:<\/b>

          • Valid US Passport
            <\/li>
          • STCW
            <\/li>
          • ENG!
            <\/li>
          • FHL2
            <\/li>
          • At least 1 year of yachting experience is preferred

          • Driver's license
