- Prepare cocktails and beverages consistently to Mira Mira standards
- Provide warm, polished service at the bar and to servers
- Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and par levels
- Participate in cocktail program development
- Manage tabs, payments, and guest interactions
- 2+ years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume venues
- Strong cocktail knowledge and technical skill
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Polished and guest-focused demeanor
