Title : Informatica PowerCenter Support Lead

15 years of overall DataETL experience with deep handson expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and enterprise productionsupport environments

Strong expertise in PowerCenter mappings mapplets workflows sessions Workflow ManagerMonitor and Repository Manager including complex production troubleshooting

Lead L2L3 production support owning critical P1P2 incidents batchjob failures problem management RCA and permanent corrective actions

Advanced handson experience in Oracle SQL and PLSQL including complex query analysis stored procedures and databaseETL performance tuning

Expertise in diagnosing longrunning or failed workflows session failures data discrepancies sourcetarget dependencies and batchprocessing issues

Strong experience with UNIXLinux Shell scripting and enterprise scheduling tools such as AutosysCA Workload Automation for monitoring and recovering production batch processes

Drive performance optimisation and stability improvements across PowerCenter mappings sessions source queries and largevolume data loads

Own production deployments releasechange management and environment coordination across DEV SIT UAT and PROD including postproduction validation

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the support team establish operational runbooksknowledge articles and drive automation and reduction of recurring incidents

Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead critical incident bridges coordinate across applicationdatabaseinfrastructure teams communicate executivelevel status and support 24x7oncall operations when required
