Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Director of Dining in managing daily food service operations across multiple dining venues

- Coordinate menu planning, inventory management, and procurement processes

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation

- Develop and implement staff training programs to promote professional growth and service excellence

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Food Service Management, or related field preferred
