- Assist the Director in daily operations and management of the school.
- Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
- Manage enrollment processes and maintain strong relationships with families.
- Coordinate curriculum planning and implementation with teaching staff.
- Assist in marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the school.
- Lead by example in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and the community.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to children's growth.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
