The incumbent performs supervisory and technical work in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Airport terminal building and the surrounding grounds. The incumbent takes corrective action through reporting, and when possible or practical, the repairing of any deficiencies in terminal equipment and Airfield equipment. Incumbent will work independently and alongside custodial personnel in the cleanliness of the Airport Terminal. Assigns duties and acts on complaints regarding custodial services, Airport Operations, facilities, and equipment.
This position falls within the Airport Operations and Maintenance department, and as such, departmental efficiencies require that the position be capable of cross-utilization. Accordingly, this position requires the incumbent to complete Airfield Driver, Airfield inspection, and Wildlife training for airfield duties as required.
